Delete your Houseology account

Signing in to Houseology is optional. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can delete your account and all data stored with it.

In the app

1. Open Houseology and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm by signing in once more.

Your account, email address and the cloud copy of your data (name, birth date, home number, saved homes and household members) are deleted immediately. Data on your phone stays until you delete the app. Nothing is kept afterwards.

Without the app

Send a deletion request through our contact page with the email address of the account (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, the private relay address). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
